✅ Who Can Enter
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be a current student at Marshall University
Disclaimer: No purchase necessary to enter or win. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older and currently enrolled students at Marshall University. One entry per person. Entries must be submitted by posting a photo of three rubber ducks obtained through official Marshall Dining events, tagging @MarshallDining on Instagram, and using the hashtag #MULuckyDuck. Account must be public for entry to be visible. Entry period ends at 11:59 PM EST on May 4, 2025. Winner will be selected at random and notified via Instagram direct message on or around May 5, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The winner must respond within 5 days of being contacted to claim their prize. Prize must be picked up in person from the Marshall Dining office or designated location on campus. Details will be provided in the winner notification.
To enter without using Instagram, email a photo of three rubber ducks obtained from Marshall Dining events, along with your full name and Marshall student ID, to estrada1@marshall.edu with the subject line “Lucky Duck Sweepstakes Entry” by May 4, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST.
Marshall Dining reserves the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, inappropriate, fraudulent, or do not meet eligibility criteria. The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability.
